At Ozara Beauty, we aim to provide you with a hassle-free shopping experience. We offer shipping to anywhere in South Africa, and we have a few shipping options available to suit your needs.
- Shipping Options
We offer two shipping options:
- Standard Delivery: This is our default shipping option, and it is free for orders over R750. For all other orders, there is a shipping fee of R100. Standard delivery usually takes 2 – 4 working days to arrive.
- Express Delivery: We also offer an express delivery option for those who need their orders delivered more urgently. The cost of express delivery is calculated based on the weight and size of the items in your order, as well as your location. Express delivery usually takes 1 – 2 working days to arrive.
- Shipping Restrictions
Please note that we only ship within South Africa. We cannot ship to PO Box addresses, and we do not ship to international destinations at this time.
- Order Processing Time
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 2 business days of receipt of payment. If your order is placed before 12 pm on a business day, it will be processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12 pm or on weekends will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.
- Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track your order on the courier’s website.
- Delivery Time
Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates only, and we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the courier or any other unforeseen circumstances.
- Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver your order after several attempts, it will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange a new delivery, and you will be responsible for the cost of the re-delivery.
- Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and we do not offer free returns. If you are returning an item due to a fault or defect, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
